The conference languages are English and Russian.
Registration Fee is USD 200 for foreign participants and it covers coffee-breaks, proceedings volume and necessary support in Moscow (conference bus etc.).
Some excursion program to the most beautiful and historical sites of Moscow is planned. The final decision concerning the places to visit has not done yet, so everybody is invited to make some suggestions. Please note that excursions are not covered by a registration fee.
Accommodation is not covered by registration fee. We can book the hotel for those who need it.
Submission
On the first stage please send us submission form (see below). The Small Abstracts (included in the Form) will be refereed and the list of participants will be announced. On the second stage the participants are supposed to send us the Large Abstracts for the Abstract volume (up to 3 pages in .doc or .tex format to your choice, the rules to prepare the manuscript will be included in 2nd Announcement). This volume will be distributed amongst the participants during the registration.
